Vendors license, are a tax for the city or county , and a way for the city/county to keep up with health issures, in case you serve sunpar food , then they can trace you down , and really thats about it , you are justing paying for renting space , to sell your food, and the state know s you! and taxs you!

You will just need to get a license from the county you will be selling in. It's fairly simple and like $25 - $100 or something like that. Just call the county building and have them send you an application where you will state what you are selling and that you agree to the county vendors agreement. They aren't hard to get especially if you aren't selling food.
