Well, there are foods that are high in fiber that help move fat out of your system, but I think you are talking about foods that speed up your metabolism. Your metabolism is a mechanism in your brain that tells your body how many calories to use based on your state. For example, if you stop eating your body burns fewer calories because it thinks you are starving. If you eat every couple of hours, your metabolism knows more food will be coming soon and it gives the body permission to burn more calories and fat.

lean protein
leafy green vegetables
fish
broccoli
tomatoes
spicy food
fruits
whole grains
8 glasses of water a day
Also, cardio exercise and eating a small meal every 3-4 hours instead of three big meals that are lower in calories and higher in fiber.
