Bread pan
1 lb Ground Beef (or ground sirloin or ground chuck)
2 eggs
1/2 cup or more diced Onions
1/2 cup or more Bread crumbs
large pinches of Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup or more of Ketchup
a few squirts of regular yellow mustard
DIRECTIONS:
mix all together, and with spray oil, spray bread pan, put meat mixture into pan, top with a bit more of Ketchup
bake 350*F for about 1 hour
let it rest for a min
(on the side make brown gravy, mix is okay)
slice with spatula, top with gravy
