I like 30 yr. old port wine. A little heavy but excellent after a holiday feast.

Buttery Nipple

Ingredients
1 part butterscotch schnapps
1 part Bailey's® Irish cream
1 part Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Mixing instructions
Mix the three together in a big glass and pour into shot glasses. Top each shot off with whipped cream.

Additional information
Alcohol: 7% (15 proof)
Serve in: Shot Glass

Here's a good spiced wine recipe, you can change it to suite your taste:
2 bottles red wine (Cabernet is good)
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 or 5 cloves
orange & lemon (or substitute ginger)
