One thing I've always done in the past was take a tortilla or pita, and put the sauce on that, and make like a mini pita pocket type snack. and then you could put cheese and whatever else you want in it.

Get some Bobili pizza bread and have a pizza making party. That sauce would make a great base.

Can it in a hot water bath in pint jars. if you have enough. put in clean hot pint canning jars. and with new lids . process for 20 mins. in a hot water boiling bath. take out and let set till the lid pops down . will keep for up to 2 years or more. or do like lissac said freeze,

Tastes good on noodles too. Okay, seriously, try twice-cooked spaghetti: saute the sauce with cooked noodles, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms in a frying pan.
