Whay do I need to open small bakery shop?

Ok i'm new to this business, but would like to open small bakery to make breads, rolls, pastry ect. What kind of mashinery I will need?, licence?, chraftsman?,. If you can give me some answers i'l be apreciate. Thanks Peter

I think that you would at least some sort of food preparation license.

Then after that, it is up to you how you decide to make all those yummy carb loaded breads and pastries.
