In PA the min age is 14 years old. Some jobs to consider are agricultural jobs like picking strawberries, newspaper delivery, working for your parents, babysitting, etc. Most employers won't hire people under the age of 16 because there is a lot of liability.
Most cities have a teen job fair sometime in april or may, so be on the lookout for those. I'll bet your school counseling office has that information.
