Are you asking what is the value of an antique paperweight ? if so that would depend on a lot of factors. its age, its quality, its condition , what it is made with , its visual appeal/collectibility, whether or not it is signed or hallmarked and if so by a known artisian or company and very important: what our unstable economy is doing on the day you would like to know. there are also the factors of appraisal values which are primarily for insurance purposes. the book or list price which is usually lower than appraisals by quite a bit. fair market values which is a competitive average going by demographics. and most importantly if you are asking for the purpose of resale what your client / customer base is willing to pay. the rarest thing in the antique and collectibles market is the collecter. Id like to add that an object is not actually antique until it has been around for 100 years. your paperweight could be worth as little as a couple of dollars into the thousands. I would check completed online auctions and see if you can find a similiar paperweight to see what it brought. I find that objects sell in actual antique stores for approximately 25 to 50 percent more than they realize in online auctions. I hope this information can at least put you on the right track. good luck
