Baby Shower Bingo. You can make the cards on regular computer paper, just give everyone a sheet with a blank 5 x 5 chart on it. Pass out pencils and have people fill them out with the gifts they think you will receive, one item in each box. When you open gifts, people can mark off the squares where that item is located, and the first person to get 5 across in and direction wins. Optionally, you can have grab bag gifts for the winner.

We played this at my bridal shower, and it was a huge hit. It made the gift opening process a lot more interesting for the guests, and gives them all a way to be involved.

For my daughters shower we played Pocketbook Search. You simply make up a list of items women usually have in their pocketbooks from common to unusual. Examples: gum, pen, keys, baby toy or pacifier, most credit cards, $10 bill, etc.) Give each item a point worth (example 1-2 for common items and 4-5 for unusual). Give each person a sheet of paper and pencil. Call out each item and have them record their points. Top three scores wins a small prize. If a tie breaker is needed, ask everyone to show the most unusual item in their bag - let the bride-to-be pick the most unusual.

Have each player blow up a balloon as large as they can. Next have each player untie their shoes.
Then have each player put their balloon under their shirts. On the signal, players must tie their shoes. The first one to do it wins.

Purchase a bunch of baby items. Give everyone a peice of paper and pencil. Then ask everyone to guess the prices of each item. When they are done guessing the prices, have everyone add up their individual totals. Whoever is closer to the correct total amount wins. Give baby items to mother-to-be.

Ask your guests to bring a baby picture of themselves. Collect the pictures then pass them around.
See if the guests can match the pictures with the correct guest. Whoever guess the most correctly is the winner! You could also take the same pictures and vote on chubbiest, cutest, best dressed, etc.

Write a list of 20-30 nursery rhyme questions. For Example: "Who did simple simon meet while going to the fair?" Guests have 3 minutes to answer as many as possible. You'll be surprised how much we have all forgotten about our childhood nursery rhymes. You can divide into teams or have it be an individual competition. Have a line from 10 or more nursery rhymes written down.
When you say part of the nursery rhyme the guests have to guess at the title. The team/one with the most correct answers wins.
