Manufacturing Invention made from Optical Grade PVC FREE Polypropylene

I need to manufacture an Invention I created out of Optical Grade PVC Polypropylene. It's a Scrapbook Top Loading Page Protector which has a Tongue and Groove Feature that allows easy access to the page without having to remove the page from the holder. Is it possible to INCLUDE the Tongue and Groove Feature along with the Page Protector/Holder? Or does it have to be added Afterwards? I'd Rather Not have to add it afterwards if at all possible! This is New to me! HELP! PLEASE! Stacey
