Stage 2 from a beginner

Hi this is my first time playing this game and I'm on level 2 and i can't find anything i'm suppose to get the green guy to get the bridge down. I'm suppose to find a pixel thats shaped like a hand and can't and i'm suppose to find mr. watchit but can't, can anyone help this is frustrating.
