Window 95 program on XP Home

I am trying to load Bicycle Blackjack game of window 95 on my computer that has XP Home. It will not load. Can you help?

Windows 95 programs used a differrnt format than xp and is not compatible however there are bicycle and hoyel games available online try twocows or pcmagizine there are a few others i just dont remember them all
