With our second pregnancy they had us go in for two ultrasounds the first month. They didn't see anything in there at all (no zygote, no fetus, no yolk sac) so they were telling us it might be ectopic, which is worrisome. A month later everything was fine and the baby is 5 months old and just fine. If it is still early - don't worry. Sometimes they get the conception date completely wrong because your periods are all unpredictable after having the first baby.
