2 year old banged his head on stairs

My 26 month old son just banged his forehead on the stairs while trying to climb it. He has a pretty good size "goose egg" on his forehead. His pupils do not look dialted. We are trying to keep him awake for awhile to see if he has any other symptoms. Are there any signs/symptoms we should be looking out for i.e....head trauma, concusion? Thank you!

Yes you should watch him for glazed eyes walking sideways and other things that seem out of the norm!
