Abdominal aortic aneurysm

Size 4.5mm, what are my limitatations. and what should my blood
presure be. I am on med's and my blood presure is 154/90 just
started last tuesday going up. when to the doctor and she gave me
exforge 5mg/320mg said it would take 2 to 3 days to take efect
today is the 3 day and it is still high. other med's is bisopr/hctz
10/6.25.for blood presure. I am frighten that the aneurysm will
get bigger and break.
