Abdominal pain

I haven not had a period in 2 months and have taken 3 pregancy test which were negative. I have been having cramps for two days straight with the most servere being on my left side. Two years ago I had surgery to remove a etopic pregnacy which had started to rupture. I was also on my left side. My periods have always been irregular but I feel like something isn't right. I feel like I'm going to be sick and I feel weak and tired. Could I be a cyst or something more?
