Abdominal pain

I was suffering from abdominal pain....few months later i came to know that im suffering from TB my intestines were partially blocked .... now when i have completed the nine months course for TB ....still im in pain....yesterday i had an ultrasound test which showed that i have cyst in my left ovary.....what should i do? im very disturbed
