Abdominal pain

I have constant mid epigastric pain. I have been dg with h.pylori and completed the prev pack last month with no relief what should I do? I am unable to eat and it wakes me up in my sleep

Severe pain by ovaries started wed night became unbearable and went to emergency room where thay gave two ultrasound tests and said everything looked normal but there was some fluid(perhaps blood) near the ovaries....
