I've heard of something associated with the pancreas could be with this. i would probably just have go see your family doctor. it might lead into something you don't even know. better safe than sorry.

It could be as simple as inflammation in the colon, which is treated with antibiotics. It is best to see a doctor so he can make a diagnosis and give the correct treatment.
