Abnormal mamogram

I recently had a mamogram done, my second in my life. The first tests were unavailable as the hospital was destroyed by an earthquake years ago. During this mamogram, they found three lumps on my right breast and one on my left. My doctor told me that I needed an ultrasound done to further check on the lumps. I got to the diagnostic center and they told me they would give me another mamogram first to have something to compare. After the mamogram, they decided that they didn't need to do the ultrasound and told me to come back in six months for another mamogram. I still have severe at times pain in my right breast and occasional pain in my left with a brown discharge from my right breast. I was told that could be breast milk. I am 48 years old, have a 25 year old daughter and had a hystoractomy 8 years ago, how could it be breast milk and should I persue another opinion on my mamogram results?
Thank You for your time, I am a bit scared
