Alcohol legal limit

Is 0.123 a high level of alcohol to have in your system? Are you legally drunk with this level? Can this type of drinking cause any health problems?

Yes, that is a high level. you can get a DUI in my area with a .08 - so yes, you are legally drunk at 0.123. If you drink that much on a regular basis then it will cause health problems. They can vary from liver damage, heart damage, etc... A little bit of alcohol here and there is okay, but large amounts regularly cause many problems.
