After i eat a meal, i feel bloated and nauseous & experience dizziness. I also feel weak and without energy.

Frequent pain on my chest and spine ? This is some bad conditions and i would think that you have some very bad ulcers going on or gall bladder problems like stones or infection in the gall bladder with bile backing up into the gall bladder and this would need to be tested for sure to find out if this is the cause of the conditions that you find yourself in after eating meals and there are many more conditions also that will act up on the person to cause the indications you have and you need to go to a doctor and let them run upper GI testing with blood tests and urine tests to get the best care that you can get

Thank you for answering my question, I forgot to mention i have pulmonary hypertension. Could i be getting sicker? I have made an appointment with a specialist but have a good few days to go before i see him.

Could i be getting sicker ? Yes this can occur with all that's going on and i would try to get an app with a good doctor for a pre visit and he may be able to get you in quicker then the app you have if indications are as such that you are indeed getting sicker when he sees you then he can follow up with this and get you help.
