I dont see that being a lot of masterbateing one time a night and 2 times on the weekend . thats pretty good but dont think its to much now if you were doing it 4 or 5 times a day then id say yes but a lot of married couples have sex 2 or 3 times a day when young and then some dont . porn is some thing that can be an addiction as well as sex . but as long as this is all you do well dont think you are in trouble . but you might want to try not watching porn and if you just have to watch then id say you got a problem so get rid of the porn right away! and try this!

Am I addicted to sex?
My lover recently ended our relationship of 6 years (it was an extra marital affair for both of us). The sex was incredible for both of us. We still keep in touch and have promised to be friends, but I am heartbroken and am having a hard time getting over the break up, even though the only thing that is ending is the sexual relationship (the friendship remains).
I started seeing a therapist and she asked if I thought I had an addictive personality. I always thought I did with food, but when I ran this by one of my girlfriends, she agreed that I did, but more so becuase I am a compulsive masterbater. I do it every night (twice on weekends). I thought this was normal. She said it wasn't. I need to watch pornography as well when I masturbate. Could I possibly be a sex addict? I'm afraid to tell my therapist as I don't want this reflected on my permanent record.

Your afraid to tell your therapist, who you are paying to help you, but not your stupid girlfriend? What do you think your permanent record will be used for? If your therapist has any experience, she has heard all this before. Her job is to help you, not to make judgments about you.

Sex is a natural stress relief . Theres is nothing wrong with doing it 5o times a day at least its not hard core drugs . Nympho's have to have sex with multiple partner several times a day . So that's not you . I don't see that your really a sex addict you just the orgasim who can blame you the one's that don't understand probly haven't had a true orgasim to now just how great sex is. Really i would just find another partner that enjoys as much as you do. Believe me there out there a dime a dozen.
