Im dont think that im pregnant but im late and have the pain with a little bit of spotting. im just wondering if taking tylenol before my period if it can have an effect

OK i dont think the Tylenol had any thing to do with this and this is good to take for the pain, and you need to see a doctor for a good blood test in about 5 more weeks , then you will know for sure and you might wait a week or two more for the at home test again to see if you are with baby!

You may be late for a number of reasons. Stress, illness and just life in general may cause your cycle to become corrupted! I take Tylenol all of the time. I have what they call PMDD. This is like PMS, but it is worse. I have extreme pain, and bleeding. Tylenol is the only OTC drug that will work for me. You must be careful about the dosage. Do not deviate from the reccomendations. Tylenol can cause liver failure! To answer your question, you are probably not pregnant. The only way to be sure is to see your OBGYN. Good luck!
