Are there any birth control pills/patches/etc. that do not make it harder for a fertilized egg to implant into the uterus wall?

I am very prolife and believe that a baby is formed as soon as the sperm fertilizes the egg. I am getting married soon and I want to start taking a birth control pill so I have been researching. I've found that every pill or patch makes it where if an egg happens to get fertilized they can't implant into the uterus, killing the baby. So I was wondering if there are any pills or patches that do not do this and only prevent pregnancy by not allowing an egg to be released?

The old fashioned birth control pills made by several manufacturers keep you from ovulating thereby preventing fertilization of the ovum by the sperm. Some patches do this too. The process of preventing ovulation (the egg being released, as you said) is done through hormone level communication to the pituitary.
