Began light bleeding with two dime size blood clots after intercouse 1st trimester prego
I maybe about 3wks prego, with no problems/concerns until I began bleeding over the weekend after some outdoor activities (biking, trail walking) only lasted a few hours with no pain/cramping and just a little heavier than spotting. Began bleeding last night after intercourse still no pain/cramping, just a bit heavier than spotting, red blood, not brown or pink and I did pass two dime size blood clots at different times. This would be my third pregnancy I have never had any problems with my first two, but i did still have a period for two month with my first pregnancy. I just want to know if I should be concerned?

OK now this concerns me also but lets dont get excited yet there are some bleeding that will occur like this but the red blood does cause concern and it may be the body self cleaning its self also getting the baby in shape . but you dont want to not know about this and you need to go to your doctor and let him check you tomorrow . if not tonight for this. and ID not want to wait id want to know!
