Birth Control Pills, St. John's Wort, Pregnancy concern

I am a 26 year old femal and I have been consistently on birth control pills (orthotricyclen lo) for about four years. I had not ben sexually active for the past 3 months, and have been suffering from mild depression. I decided to try St. John's Wort, knowing that it may effect my birth control. I stayed on it for about a week but stopped due to negative side effects. I got my period shortly after starting the SJW, about a week and a half early according to my pill cycle--and it was definitely not just "spotting." After stopping the SJW my period gradually went away and I got it again at the regular time. I should also note that I altogether missed one pill during that cycle (because I dropped and lost it). Yesterday I took the first pill of the new cycle and today I had unprotected sex with my partner. When I took the pill today (the second in the new cycle) it was several hours later than usual. Obviously, I am not concerned about my risk of becoming pregnant under these circumstances. Can you tell me what my actual risk is at this point and how concerned I should be?
