Vicks Brand cough and cold
Theraflu
This is two very good OTC cold meds that will help the flu and this sounds like what you have and just let this run its course, but drink plenty of water or juice and take Tylenol for pain relief and you will get better! and you might want to get something to stop the loose stool also!
