Can a knot form at the incision site from laproscopic appendectomy?

I had a laproscopic appendectomy and at my incision site a knot is their and it is tender and sore. It feel like I am pulling something in that place when I stretch or bend down. The color around my incision is a green circle. I also has a pinching feeling. It hurt when I rub my finger across it and the pain stinks in that place where the incision are. I had stitches removed from the place a week after surgery and it still was sore and tender.

This is normal for a knot to be there where the skin and as they call it the meat of the site has been stitched , it will be a knot for some time , and the pain will go away after a week more or less , and you will have pain there , for awhile, did your doctor give you pain meds, if not talk to him about this, and when you bend over you are puling at the site with your body muscles, and it will get better
