Can have the hep b shots twice in 1 year be harmful?

A friend of mine was given her hep b shots before fifth grade and then transfered schools in the middle of the sixth grade year and the shot records werent transfered. the school made her get her hep b shot again, she is now 18 can this be harmful for her now of in the near future? Also with since her freshman year she has been fainting, and has gone the th ER and was told nothing was wrong, can the extra shot be causing this?
