Can you give me advise of my blood test

I do a blood test every 3 months for my delantin blood levels. this time my white and red blood cells came back low.

white cells 4.19 with a reference rage of 4.80-10.80

Red cells 3.98 with a reference range of 4.20-5.40.

full blood test was done before breakfast.
