Can you take bed pillow from us to rome (for health)?

OK i dont know why not and you need to put this pillow in a sealed plastic bag of some good plastic thats thick and won't tear easy . and make it clear plastic also . so they can see inside without taking it apart.

You can take whatever you want as long as :

1. It conforms to the regulations of ther airline (you'll find those on their website), and

2. It fits within your luggage allowance.

There's no reason why you would not be able to take a pillow. My advice would be to pack it in one of those plastic vacuum bags which suck the air out and will make it much smaller in size so that it will fit easily into your case.
