Can you tell me what you think is wrong that my chest and back still hurt after being on medicine?

I went to the doctors and he said I have broncitious and he put me on vibramycin, my back and chest hurt, but after 6 days of being on the medicine I still hurt so he put me on axithromycin I take my last pill tomarrow and I'm still having pain.
