Coroid arteries

My doctor could not feel or find my left side coroid artery, she sent me to a neurologist who has ordered 2 MRA's and a MRI. My question is Why 2 MRA's? And What will they show? I have had a Ultra sound which shows blood flow on my left to be 33 and blood flow on the right to be 77. Will I have to have surgery?
