Fasting is a good way to start. Try a 24 hour fast the first time, it's easier that you think!
Just skip dinner on the 1st day. 2nd day skip breakfast & lunch - by dinnertime you won't be that hungry, so skip dinner again or eat something light. Drink a lot of water the whole time.
You'll feel really good on the third day and you'll lose a lot of cravings for sugar & junk food.
