You know what! just taking smaller potions and eating better foods and drinking water is the best diet on earth . and there are a million diets on the market , and as you know that we are a very large country . and none have really helped. good foods out of the food groups and small amounts and less sugars . and breads are all you need to lose weight. and walking and getting out of the house and getting away from the food is one good thing to do for yourself. greens and beans and yellow corn , carrots are the life foods that make you healthy. and a small amount of meat. and milk . is all the body really needs.and dont live to eat , eat to live!

I've taken diet pills and it really suppresses the appetite, but unless you have an excellent exercise plan and diet plan afterwards, they are useless.
As a matter of fact once you stop taking diet pills, you usually gain more weight.
Taking them may help, but exercise and diet needs to be started as soon as possible...don't wait until after taking diet pills.

You should try the HCG diet, you lose 1-2 pounds a day. I have been on this diet since 4-26 and have lost 10.3 lbs. Its a difficult diet but if you keep you rmind to it, it get easier by the day. You do have to have a specialist prescribe you with oral drops or shots.

Diet pills dont work.Diets like counting points do,but some people just need more fiber in their diet to keep them regular.You can eat everything but never to the fullest.A cup of water before each meal will make you eat less.Brainwash yourself:"Love my body -Not the food".Walk away from the kitchen and start doing something else to get your mind of the food if you happen to be still hungry.

In order to get rid of excess weight in a Healthy manner is to avoid the carbs...Become a label detective...You will be quite surprized by what you learn...Avoid products that have "Enriched" on the label..These products simply mean that all the good stuff has been removed and replaced with not so good stuff....Pay particular attention to Carbohydrates....These are in most foods, however, if a food is High in carbs, it is not going to be diet friendly....When you read these labels and see the amt of Sugar and Carbs(both are listed seperately), but remember these add up to high calories...Consult with a dietician and do it right...Then, you will probably keep the weight off..When dieting, regardless of the food, you must get into an excersise regime....You should get NO less than 1hr of excersise a day..The more excersise the better the results will be...Good Luck to you and keep us posted....God Bless
