You know what! just taking smaller potions and eating better foods and drinking water is the best diet on earth . and there are a million diets on the market , and as you know that we are a very large country . and none have really helped. good foods out of the food groups and small amounts and less sugars . and breads are all you need to lose weight. and walking and getting out of the house and getting away from the food is one good thing to do for yourself. greens and beans and yellow corn , carrots are the life foods that make you healthy. and a small amount of meat. and milk . is all the body really needs.and dont live to eat , eat to live!
