Yes, drinking Pepsi, or Coke, or any soft drink can cause headaches.

because soda contains a high amount of sugar, you can get a head ache from the sugar. plus, drinking soda can dehydrate you, so you can get headaches from that aspect of it as well.

Caffeine in pepsi is a drug and like many drugs it has withdrawal symptoms one of those symptoms is headaches. Although headaches from a sudden sugar high can happen it is not common.
