Yes orange juice is healthy but it is high in natural sugars and lacks the fibre contained in a whole piece of fruit.

Orange juice is healthy and provides many of the vitamins our body needs on a daily basis. But like most fruit, it is high in sugars. Drinking too much orange juice, or any juice for that matter can be unhealthy. Also juice doesnt provide fiber that eating the rest of the fruit would provide. So it in fact better to consume an orange than to consume only the juice.
