I have been using slim fast for years for breakfast. Slim fast helps regulate your system. If you do not have a proper diet then slim fast will create gas. You should go to the doctor to see if you have and underlying problem that slim fast may have upset.

Slim fast recall
I began drinking slim fast optima Creamy Milk Chocolate on may 6th. Everyting was okay in the beginning, but after one week i started having stomach pain, and diarrhea. i stopped drinking it on may 16th. at first i wasnt too concerned about diarrhea and the pain, i thought they were just side affects, but its been almost a month and i still have these problems. Last night i found a web site saying that slim fast drinks were recalled and should not be consumed.Even though they say that there is a low risk of temporary gastrointestinal sickness , and its not that serious, mine doesnt look temporary.
I dont know what to do about this, should i just go to a doctor, or getting some diarrhea medicine and changing what i eat will help.

Hello Launce353....That was a "Limited Recall" which involved certain lot numbers...I would not put alot of weight in this being the cause of your symptoms....I would advise you to have this further evaluated by your physician...Whether or not this is at all related to the Slim Fast, the matter at hand is that you are having symptoms that warrant investigation...If this were a virus, these normally will run there course within 72hrs....I would have this checked out...Please, keep us posted..Good Luck to you and God Bless.
