Whats the best way to lose 10 pounds fast?

I am going to be a bridesmaid in a month and have 10 pounds of extra baby weight to lose. I have already lost 10 pounds in 4 months with exercise and a healthy diet but i dont have another 4 months to lose the other half. so i guess what im asking is what meals can i eat while exercising that will help me lose weight fast?

A healthy rate of weight loss is up to 1kg (2.2 lb) per week. If you already have a healthy diet in regards to the foods you eat you need to take a look at your portion sizes. Weigh your food to get an acurate acounting of the calories your actually consuming.

Water is also very important you need to be drinking enough

you also say this is baby weight ? if you are breast feeding you can't afford to cut calories to much without afecting milk supply.

You should be getting at least 1 gram of protein per kg (2.2 lb) of body weight. Protein helps you stay full for longer so you don't feel the urge to snack as much.

you also need to be eating lots of fibreous vegetable.

Yoga. walking, a lot. i used to put my baby in the stroller and just walk for an hour with my headphones on, if baby fell asleep i would just keep walking until he woke up and thats how i lost 100 lbs in less than 6 months after having my first baby.

for a quick weight loss i would advise to cut out all sugary drinks. you could survive drinking only water and eating the rest of your nutrients/calories. no processed or fast foods. whole grain breads, or sourdough. SALAD, and don't skimp with the veggies on top, but DO skimp on the fatty dressing.
that and walk everyday (or even make daily tasks into exercise i.e. lunging to pick up toys, etc) just baby dancing 10 minutes a few times a day is = to 30 minutes of cardio. you don't have to do it all at once!

good luck, i'm sure you will look fabulous, only 10 lbs left and only 4 months postpartum, people will be raving about your figure!

Ok Look :) I have many options for u & Believe me if You follow em You gonna be good :)

first there is a diet called the bannana Diet ... You ate 3 meals per day but before each meal with 30 minutes u eat 2 bannas ... ..just remmber 3 meals a day .... and leave time between em .

Second there is a diet a bit diffic but can help you lose a lot of weight ...
mornin :-apple Plus juice
lunch:-2 diet toasts with cheese
dinner :- fruits
apple is imp coz it helps you lose weight

Also u can do the cookie diet u can search for it online it seems so good 2 & u can drink shakes with it ....

finally u have to drink water a lot ... tea is also good even black one ( it includes cafeine to loose weight ) ...

try to replace some food with diet food if u can
u can replace normal coke with diet one ...etcccc

No need to count calories just stay away from trans and saturated fat(really any fat). also pump up on your excersise work out (cardio and abdominal) at least twice a week! the avergae weigth loss is 2 pounds. portion your foods you should have a golf ball size portion of starch a bread slice for protein and two golf ball for veggies and fruit.

If you want to do a drastic (but healthy) diet, only eat raw fruits and vegetables (or juice them) for the next month and you will lose the weight. Or do a modified version of this (maybe eat only one regular meal and use the raw diet for the rest of the time).

Only drink water or green tea, and drink a lot of water throughout the day. What does 'a lot' really mean mean -- at least 64 ounces (2 of the 1 liter bottles or close to that) a day. Adding apple cider vinegar to your diet will also help. You can use it for salad dressing or add it to a drink (2 teaspoons).

If you drink a lot of diet soda (I do), you should stop it for the next month since it contains a lot of sodium and some studies are showing that it actually causes weight gain in some people.
