In the last week small bumps that show up then scab up have appeared all over my body starting at my feet tips of my fingers look like something is eating the skin and its a burning sensation when touched?could this be a rash?

Sounds like Psoriasis, or you have bed bugs. Psoriasis can occur suddenly and at any stage of life.

I recommend seeing your doctor as rashes are difficult to diagnos even when the patient is right there. Rashes can be causes by many things from allergys and virul infections to parasites.
