Some people think that feeling achy and stiff the next day is a good sign of a worthwhile workout. But if your muscles actually hurt, or if you can't move well the next day, you overdid it, plain and simple.

It is better to contact your doctor as you need to get tested on it. There are many causes of this problem. But it is not heavy problem. Treatment is available. don't get worried.

There are so many causes of muscle pain. For instance, if you happen to be on a diuretic, you could be low on potassium. This can cause aching in the legs, and a simple potassium supplement will help very quickly. Pain in the legs can be a circulatory problem. General muscle pain, accompanied by fatigue and cognitive function problems, could mean fibromyalgia.

It's been 15 days since you posted. If you're still having the problem, it would be best to visit your primary care physician.

Good luck to you.
