High Red blood cell count in a cbc

A bout 1 1/2 years ago I had an injury to my right tuberosity bruised bone marrow and atrophy in my right leg muscle's also I don't know the technical name for it but the sticky tissue that holds all of the muscle's and tendons to the tuberosity was pulled and stretched to a point that pulled little pieces off of the tuberocity . the MRI that showed all this wasn't taken until six months after the injury. I have had blood draws 3-5 times since all normal, Wednesday I had another blood draw that show's high red blood cell count , web MD that and nothing sounds positive should I be freaking out I'm 32 with 3 kids I'm already freaking out are there less horrible things that it could be than the tings I found on Web MD
