Pain in left lower back ? Pulled muscles act this way and can make it hard to breath and make you sick to the stomach and is a very painful condtion . i would try to get to a doctor for a check to see what conditions this is and get pain medications to help with the pain and to make sure this is what has happened and lots of times the sciatic nerve can be the condtion that you have and when it hurts oh my it hurts and will go down into the hip and leg sometimes and it takes a long time to quiet down after being moved or hurt . and you need to get some help with this today !

Without benefit of being able to examine this, I can only advise you to seek medical attention by your physician...This could be any array of things...You could possibly have a muscular problem, however, there is also a possiblility of Renal Colic (or kidney stones)...These can be extremely painful...The sooner you have this evaluated, the better off you will be...I hope this was abit helpful..Please, keep us posted on your findings..Good Luck to you and God Bless.
