I keep zoning out randomly especially while in vehicles. I have to focus on concentrating to actually be able to pay attention to what's going on around me. Should I see a doctor about it?

Zoning out, health problems, doctor.

I also deal with this, and have for many years, I self-diagnosed it as ADD. You could see a doctor about this and he might be able to prescribe you a medication to help keep you focused. Until than, try to get an adequet amount of sleep and drink coffee, it seems to help me focus. I'm not positive if you have ADD, but it sounds like it to me, read more about it. There might have been something in your past that may have caused this. Let me know if you go to the doctor and he gives you something that works, I might try it myself.
