Is there any nutritional program designed for individuals with chronic mono?

My daught has had "mono" for several years. She has almost monthly recurrence of the symptoms, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, etc. I know there are no drug therapies, but wondered if there existed a documented nutritional/supplement program that might at least lessen the symptoms so she could lead a somewhat normal life
