Left side and back pain

Left side and back pain ? This almost sounds like a cracked rib or ribs that's causing this and Ive had this and it hurt like heck but never for this long and also this rib may be touching a lung for some reason. Now i want you to test this and here's how to do this . take a 4 inch wide bandage and wrap or have someone wrap the body around all the ribs and make this tight for a while and lay down and see if this helps and if not then you should head to the doctor to see whats causing this pain.

How can it be a cracked rib ? i forgot mention ive had this for years went to a doctor they said it was nothing that it will go away with pain killers. they dont work always it it got worse since aug. what could couse this ?

What is wrong with you? it's not brain surgery, get a second opinion. my freind had a similar pain and did not get a second opinion, when he finaly did it was too late he had liver cancer and died six months later!

I just wanted to add that I have this sometimes too. Not overweight and recently had bloodwork done and my liver is fine. There is something to this that involves trapped gas but I have never really looked too seriously into it. You could see what you find on that if you want.
