Possible Causes for your left-sided stomach pain:
Peptic or Duodenal Ulcers (are your stools black like charcoal?)
Gallstones (usually causes more middle or right sided pain, but it usually causes episodes of pain after a meal-particularly a fatty/greasy meal)
KIDNEY STONES (any bloody urine?)
Pancreatitis-less likely unless you have fevers and usually patients are VERY sick.
Colitis (any family history of Crohn's? Are you having diarrhea?)

Bottom line is: You have been having pain every day for 3 weeks...Time to get it checked by a doctor. A CT (CAT) scan, Ultrasound or EGD (when the doctor uses a camera to look in your stomach) may be in order to diagnose your problem...
