Lightheaded, blurred vision, weak, tired, spacey feeling

I am asking this question here because I have no where else to turn. I have felt this way for 5 years and I am at my witts end. I have had hormone tests-came out fine, blood tests-fine as well, and yesterday I went to an ENT and he couldn't find anything either. I did have a MRI of my head & found a 2cm cyst in my right maxillary sinus. But ENT said this would not cause problems-that's hard for me to believe. I feel as if I'm on some kind of drug-I don't drink or do drugs either. My vision is what scares me-moving things bother me & some lights do as well, also on cloudy days I feel as if I'm going to go blind. It's really hard to describe. Some days I am so weak, walking down the hall is tuff. I have spent just about every $ I have on Dr's because I have no insurance. If anyone has any ideas please let me know!
