"Good see your human doctor" is the best thing to do.
And if the rash on your back looks like a "Xmas tree", you may have "pityriasis rosea". I had it a few years ago. First, for over a week there was something strange on my neck -- a herald patch, I learned later - but I didn“t go to any doctor. The day that thing disappeared, a very itchy rash appeared from my knees up to the neck. The skin doctor then told me the herald patch is like a boundary to the lesions. I used moisturizing lotion only - though it was very uncomfortable and itched very much I decided not to take any corticosteroids. It was all gone about 6 or 7 weeks later, and no scar was left.
"Pityriasis rosea is an acute, self-limiting skin condition. A primary plaque ('herald patch') is followed by a distinctive, generalised itchy rash 1-2 weeks later. The rash lasts for approximately 2-6 weeks. Lesions are typically oval, dull pink or tawny and appear in a 'Christmas tree' distribution, usually on the trunk and the upper arms and legs."
